Around 11:46 p.m., St. Cloud police attempted a traffic stop on a speeding, unlit truck. Police alleged no pursuit was initiated, but the vehicle fleeing from the police stop immediately struck and T-boned another vehicle in the 1300 block of 10th Avenue North. The victim’s vehicle went into a ravine and caught fire, killing Craig Arthur Hennen.
