On 09/16/2025, Milwaukee police attempted to stop a vehicle that was being driven recklessly. The driver refused to stop, and police escalated a chase. At the intersection of 35th Street and Vliet Street, the fleeing vehicle collided with a car driven by 50-year-old Pler Moo. She sustained critical injuries and died at the hospital.
