OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
On 10/09/2025, around 6:00 p.m., Las Cruces Police responded to reports of a man threatening people in the parking lot of Chili’s Grill & Bar on Telshor Boulevard. The first officer to arrive made contact with 50-year-old Adrian Mullin. Police stated the officer perceived a threat and fired at least one round, striking Mullin. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The Officer-Involved Incident Task Force is conducting an independent investigation.
