OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
On 10/12/2025, Trumbull County deputies responded to a domestic dispute in Bristol Township that escalated into a chase ending in Warren near 4th Street and Highland Street. The individual continued driving and, after stopping, pointed a gun toward officers and moved toward a police vehicle. Officers opened fire, striking the man, who later died despite CPR attempts. The Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation is leading the investigation.
