During the response, a man on a motorcycle fled from officers, initiating a pursuit that continued into Queensgate. The chase ended when the motorcycle crashed along Dalton Avenue near Union Terminal. The driver, 28-year-old Austin Hust, was pronounced dead at the scene. Another person who had been stabbed earlier was hospitalized in serious condition.
