On 10/17/2025, Las Vegas police responded to reports of a shooting and chase near Robindale Road and Lindell Road in the southwest valley. Police said a car was being chased by another vehicle whose occupants fired gunshots. The chased vehicle lost control, crashed, and ejected two people. A woman was killed at the scene, and a man was transported to the hospital with injuries. The vehicle that was firing crashed nearby, and its occupants ran from the scene. The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department homicide unit is investigating.
