OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
On 11/18/2025, police escalated a high-speed chase after witnessing Daniel Banville driving at very fast speeds on Route 4. After the deputy ended the pursuit, police soon discovered Banville had crashed on Federal Road. The vehicle went off the roadway, struck a mailbox, hit a utility pole, went airborne, snapped a second pole, and collided with a tree. Banville was ejected and died at the scene, and his passenger, Molly Hinkel, also died at the scene.
