On 11/16/2025, officers attempted to serve a federal arrest warrant in Port Angeles. The individual left the location on foot after officers made contact and police located them on 10th Street. Officers reported attempting de-escalation and using less-than-lethal force. The individual was holding an object that appeared to be a handgun.
