Elizabeth PD were called to a domestic dispute where they found Stiven Alegria Hurtado holding a knife. They shot and killed him. The family explained that he was not a violent person and was responding to an intoxicated person and a female threatening family with a bat when police arrived and shot and killed him instantly in the home.
