OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
On 12/19/2025 police responded to a welfare check at a home on Rebecca Lane. Officers left after the man refused assistance but were called back later due to reports that he threatened a household member with a knife. Police spoke with a person at the home and the man came outside holding a knife and moved toward an officer. Police opened fire and killed him. The Missouri State Highway Patrol is investigating.
