On 12/20/2025 deputies investigating a drug case made contact with a man inside a residence in Brooklyn. A standoff occurred and the man remained inside as officers secured the area. After continued attempts to resolve the situation, authorities entered the residence and found the man dead from a self inflicted gunshot wound. The investigation remains ongoing.
