OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
On 12/19/2025 West Virginia State Police responded to a residence on Feller Drive after a woman reported she was being threatened. A standoff began and officers attempted to make contact. During the incident a fire consumed the home. After the fire was extinguished police found a 91 year old man dead inside the residence. Investigators are working to determine the circumstances of his death and the cause of the fire.
