OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
On 12/26/2025, Loudon County Sheriff’s Office deputies went to a residence on Maple Hill Road to serve multiple arrest warrants on Connor Dehart. As deputies arrived, he went inside the home and barricaded himself. Deputies attempted for an extended period to communicate with him and resolve the standoff. During the barricade, a gunshot was heard inside the residence. Dehart was later found with a self inflicted gunshot wound and was pronounced dead after being transported for medical care. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation was requested to conduct an independent investigation.
