Yellowstone County deputies went to a remote residence in Ballantine near Billings to arrest a man for open warrants. Deputies allege that as they drove up, the man came out of his house and fired a warning shot toward police. Police shot and killed him. It is unknown at this point whether BWC footage or other evidence exists.
