Wallingford PD were sent to a home where Donald Passmore, 62, was suicidal and needed help. When police entered, he seemed agitated, was lying in bed and argued with police. Police fired 10 shots and killed him in his bed. Police allege that he had a .22 nearby but he was not seen holding or reaching for a gun, only gesticulating angrily with his hands while lying in bed when shot and killed.
