OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
Middlebury officers were seen speeding and getting out of their vehicles with guns in hand and ordered evacuation of an area. Naugatuck and Waterbury officers arrived in unknown numbers and started a siege upon a residence. The man was later found dead inside during the standoff, allegedly having committed suicide under police duress. The reason for the police arrival, length of time of the siege and details were not disclosed.
