Fairbanks police were called to a domestic violence situation on Turner Street and found 31-year-old Timothy McArdle agitated and throwing things out of the window. Police attacked him with nonlethal munitions. The situation worsened and he was handcuffed and died. Police refused to say which “nonlethal means” they attacked him with preceding his death.
