Devon Brantley, 19, of Birch River, West Virginia and his juvenile passenger were speeding on a motorcycle when a WV State trooper escalated a chase that reached 120 mph across US Route 19, Youngs Monument Road, US Route 19 and crashed while being chased at extremely high speeds. Devon Brantley and his underage passenger were both killed by this police chase crash.
