Mississippi Highway Control chased a vehicle for undisclosed reasons and were joined by the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office. The chase continued at high speed until the driver crashed into a bystander vehicle, killing Rosie Jeffries, 71, and her husband Curtis Jeffries. The fleeing driver was also critically injured.
