OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
A Little Rock officer moonlighting as Walmart security tried to apprehend a shoplifter. The man defended himself and cut the officer’s hand with a knife he was allegedly holding. The officer shot and killed him. No bodycam exists because the officer was off-duty. Store security video has not been released so far.
