OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
Two off-duty officers were working security when they said a “disturbance” broke out over a gun when the off-duty police shot and killed 26-year-old Fernando Rodriguez Juarez and 28-year-old Jonathan Hernandez by firing into a moving vehicle, killing them both. It is unclear whether either of them had represented a danger to police or bystanders. The officers were cleared by the police chief.
