Macey Elizabeth Justice, a 24-year-old resident of Boaz, Alabama, died in a single-vehicle crash while being pursued by the Albertville Police Department on June 28, 2024. During the chase, Justice lost control of her 1995 Ford Ranger, which veered off Welcome Home Road, struck a culvert, and then collided with a tree. She was transported to Huntsville Hospital, where she was later pronounced deceased. The incident occurred approximately 10 miles west of Albertville in Marshall County.
