Iowa State Patrol officers Waylon Wasson, Dylan Goodluck and Daniel Estrada escalated a chase against a driver for speeding. The chase reached 130 mph with multiple police cars at this speed chasing him through town at 130 mph until the car crashed into a Chevy sedan that burst into flames, killing third party motorist Duane Sievert.
Officer Wasson had previously shot someone in June of 2022 when he arrived at the wrong address and killed the homeowner.
