Woodland PD spotted a vehicle being driven erratically on Saturday afternoon and attempted to pull them over. Police escalated a chase and as a result, the car collided with two other vehicles, causing two cars to ignite in car fires. One person died and “nearly a dozen” people were injured, according to the police press release. The vehicle had been driven by a 13-year-old who panicked when hunted by police.
