Police were conducting surveillance on two Kias reported stolen. Norman Levine III allegedly got into one of the vehicles and when police tried to conduct a traffic stop, he fled and police escalated a long intense chase. Officers used a PIT maneuver on the vehicle causing him to spin and hit a tree. He died as a result.
