Norwood PD were chasing a car that was reported stolen. The chase continued until the car crashed into several utility poles and split in half at the intersection of Montgomery Road and Cleneay Avenue. Norwood PD claim that they had “called off the chase” just before the speeding vehicle crashed, killing two 18-year-old teenage females. No officers were charged.
