PhabianJyquezBynaum, Malik Ezekiel Thomas and Davarius Travon Bynaum were traveling southbound on US 190 and allegedly speeding when a Milam County deputy focused on them and began a chase for a traffic infraction. During the chase, the vehicle’s right tires came off and the driver lost control. The car crossed into the northbound lane, crashed into a tree, rolled upside down and caught on fire with the 3 young men trapped inside. The lethal chase was undertaken because the vehicle had been seen driving too fast. No officers were charged.
