Police report that the weather was cloudy and visibility may have ben reduced. It is unknown what the speed of both vehicles was.Trooper Brandon Trewyn had previously caused a massive crash just weeks prior when on July 14, 2023, he chased Rashad Briscoe and Gloria Gonzalez into a wreck.
