He vehicle did not stop and PSP escalated a chase that led to the vehicle crashing into a concrete barrier, hitting another car and rolling several times down an embankment. A 15-year-old boy passenger was killed. The 14-year-old girl who had been driving the car police claim was stolen is being charged with vehicular homicide.
