Three motorcycles were observed by St. Cloud PD to be traveling southbound on Highway 15 at a high rate of speed. SCPD officer s tried to stop the motorcycles unsuccessfully and continued the chase. The motorcycles were exiting on the 33rd Street South ramp when one of the motorcyclists lost control and struck a guardrail off the road to the right.The driver, 25-year-old Jacob Olson of St. Cloud, was killed.
