Andrew Schwamwasan electric lineman who died following a deadly work-related accident over the weekend on Saturday, March 18, 2023, when a Blount County police vehicle was reportedly driving around him when the vehicle struck the cable he was working on with such force that it lifted his vehicle into the air, smacked him, and flung his body 36 feet, leaving him to brain dead. The Blount County officer reportedly refused to accept responsibility. The speed of the police vehicle is unknown.
