Euless PD tried to traffic-stop a Ford Focus with expired plates, but the driver did not stop. Police claim they did not chase the vehicle but somehow managed to be right behind the car when it exploded into a fireball during a crash when the driver fled police. The driver of the bystander vehicle that had been hit by the police chase crash was a female who died as a result. Police did not name her.
