Abdul Kamara reportedly asked someone to call an ambulance. When it arrived, he was displaying bizarre behaviors and was crawling through a parking lot without shoes or shirt. Police arrived and arrested him. He resisted and was ensnared in a WRAP device by police whereupon he died.
