Ripley, Ohio officer Caleb Savage chased Ryan Mitchell from Ohio into Kentucky and hunted him until he crashed. When the vehicle crashed, Mitchell died and the officer fled the scene without rendering aid. The officer resigned from the Ripley PD and has so far been indicted for charges of reckless homicide, failure to render aid and leaving the scene of an accident.
