Enid PD tried to traffic-stop a vehicle they believed to be stolen that was driven and occupied by several teenagers. The vehicle did not stop. Police escalated a high-speed chase through town that ended when the fleeing vehicle crashed into a bystander vehicle, killing the bystander driver.
