Vallejo PD saw a car reported stolen and escalated a chase that ended when the vehicle crashed on Broadway. Police shot the windows out, allegedly to rescue the driver. Large amounts of blood were on the sidewalk. It is unknown whether the man died from injuries of the car chase crash or if he was shot by police but he died. This was the second car chase fatalities by Vallejo PD in 3 days.
