Plainclothes officers of San Diego PD located a stolen vehicle. Additional uniformed officers arrived on foot and joined the plainclothes officers. They allege that Mizael Corrales tried to drive away and then the process crashed into parked vehicles. Police claim the two officers were knocked down. Officer Anthony Garcia fired multiple shots through the windshield and killed Corrales.
