Federal and local police arrived at a residence to serve an arrest warrant for David Orlando Andrade Gomez. Police volunteered very little information what transpired but a witness stated that they ordered him to come outside. He allegedly cooperated and came out. He was ordered to empty his hands and lie down and then FBI shot and killed him with at least 4 bullets from a semiautomatic rifle.
