Police allege that Midland resident Lamar A. Davis shot Bethany Taylor in front of her toddler sons inside her apartment in Bay City.
Bay County deputies were called and found one person shot. Deputies were confronted by Davis who was reportedly armed and allegedly threatened deputies before being shot by a deputy. He was pronounced dead.
