Castle Rock PD were called about a man walking around with a stick who had allegedly broken someone’s phone. Police arrived, and the man had left. Police located him and that he has shotgun in his hand and that he was breaking into the leasing office of an apartment complex and locked himself in. The man eventually exited and was seen with the handgun firing at officers. Police shot and killed him.
