OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :

On 03/08/2025, at approximately 1:39 a.m., a fight broke out inside the Mansion Nightclub at 3801 W. Lake St. in Stone Park, Illinois. During the altercation, a security guard discharged a firearm once, striking 21-year-old Zulma Daniela Calderon Pacheco in the face. She was pronounced dead at the scene. Reports indicate that Pacheco was not involved in the fight that led to the shooting. The Cook County Medical Examiner's Office ruled her death a homicide.
The security guard was taken into custody but later released. As of now, it is unknown whether charges will be filed against him. The investigation is ongoing.
