When Tashika Dixon was found shot dead on the 4300 block of Murray Avenue on 07/06/2023, Milwaukee deputies found her husband Rico Dixon who they believe killed her. Their daughter was injured in the same shooting but survived. He died from suicide under police duress by self-inflicted gunshot wound in his car when officers arrived to look for him.
