OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :

On 12/08/2025 U.S. Marshals attempted to serve an arrest warrant in a neighborhood on Constantine Drive in Marrero. Family members came out of the house first, and then a gunshot was heard. According to the family and officials, Terrence Henry, aged 27, shot and killed himself while officers were executing the warrant. It does not appear that any law enforcement officers shot him. He had been wanted on domestic abuse battery-child endangerment charges. The incident remains under investigation.
