Laurie PD were called for a domestic disturbance. When they arrived, they encountered Brian Mummert sitting on the porch. Police claim they noticed a gun on him and when they gave him commands, he allegedly began to draw his gun which is when police shot and killed him.They did not provide BWC to go with this story.
