A Snohomish County deputy stopped a vehicle police felt was involved in attempts at car burglaries. When they traffic-stopped the vehicle and asked a man to exit the car, a female in the passenger seat moved to the driver’s seat and drove away. Police chased her until the I-5 and Route 528 where she crashed into a tree, rolled over and died.
