At8:54 p.m. Wednesday night, officers reportedly chased a stolen vehicle in the E. North Avenue corridor of Baltimore until the vehicle struck another vehicle and both vehicles crashed into a building at the intersection of E. North Avenue and Wolfe Street causing the building to collapse. Before hitting the building, the vehicle killed pedestrian Alfred Fincher who was also hit by debris from the collapsed building and died.
