Pinellas County Schools Police Sergeant Greg Graff collapsed while participating in classroom-based training following an active assailant exercise at Clearwater High School on July 30, 2025. Officers and personnel immediately transported him to a medical facility. Medical staff pronounced him deceased shortly after arrival. Graff served seven years with the school police after 29 years in Douglasville, Georgia.
