Trooper Zachary Fink chased a vehicle that refused to stop and ran his cruiser into a tractor trailer and died during the chase he had initiated. The trooper chased a fleeing vehicle via U-turn head-on into oncoming traffic where Trooper Fink hit the 18-wheeler head-on, killing the truck driver and himself in the crash.
