Open records summary :
Philadelphia PD arrived at a parking garage to find people tampering with a car. Officers approached and state that one of the men fired shots at them. One officer was shot in the chest and died. A second officer was injured and is stable. The shooter fled but was soon dropped off privately at a hospital with bullet wounds, apparently from police firing back. He is an 18-year-old teenager. The names of the officer and teenager have not yet been released.
