NYPD Officer Petlyn Job had recently retired from NYPD and was in her home at 4722 Beverly Road in East Flatbush just before 2 p.m.along with her longtime boyfriendAlex Delone.
Both were found with gunshot wounds to the chest. A weapon was recovered at the scene of the shootings.Delone, 52, had made a living selling cars at auction, while Job, 49, spent her entire 20-year career at the 84th Precinct in Downtown Brooklyn, and retired in 2021.Officer Job had three kids, two in their 20s and one that was just 10 years old.
